How the subscription works
CardStonks Unlimited is $5 USD per month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Canceling
- Cancel anytime from your Account page.
- When you cancel, your unlimited access stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. You won't be charged again after that.
Refunds
- We don't issue partial refunds for unused time inside a billing period — instead, your access continues until the period ends.
- 7-day refund window: if you subscribe for the first time and have used fewer than 30 scans, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or couldn't use the service because of a CardStonks bug, email us — we'll review and refund where appropriate.
How to request a refund
Email admin@cardstonks.app from the address on your account with the date of the charge and a short note. We aim to respond within a few business days.
