CardStonks is operated by CMO Associates LLC, a United States limited liability company. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What CardStonks does
CardStonks lets you photograph trading cards, identify them, see estimated market value, and track your collection and decks. Supported games include Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and One Piece. It also includes community features — a public forum organized by game, direct messaging between users, and public profiles.
Free and paid plans
- The free tier includes a limited number of scans.
- CardStonks Unlimited is $5 USD per month and gives you unlimited scans.
- You can cancel anytime from your Account page — see our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, automate, or abuse the service.
- Don't upload illegal content or images you don't have the right to use.
- Don't try to break security or interfere with other users.
- Don't harass, threaten, dox, or spam other users in the forum, direct messages, or your public profile.
- Don't post hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates any law.
- Don't impersonate other people, brands, or CardStonks staff.
We may hide posts, remove usernames, close conversations, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Community, messaging, and public profile
- Anything you post to the forum, and your chosen username and bio, is publicly visible.
- Direct messages are visible to the other participant and to CardStonks staff when investigating reports or abuse.
- You can report content and block users from your profile or a conversation.
- Rate limits apply to posts, replies, and messages to prevent spam. You can request a review if you're wrongly limited.
- You keep the rights to what you post, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of the service.
Prices are estimates, not advice
Card values shown in CardStonks are estimates pulled from public third-party sources (Scryfall, pokemontcg.io, YGOPRODeck, optcgapi.com, and others). They aren't appraisals or financial advice and may be wrong, stale, or missing. Don't rely on them for buying or selling decisions.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to CardStonks is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
